MrBayes defaults uses the program's native settings. Select Custom settings to define analysis parameters manually.
Native MrBayes defaults will be used.

PhyloRun will not silently replace these parameters with recommended values. Select Custom settings if you wish to control the evolutionary model, MCMC parameters, burn-in and diagnostics.
MrBayes 3.2.7a · MPI + BEAGLE enabled on the PhyloRun compute server

High-performance computation

MrBayes analyses are executed on dedicated compute infrastructure with MPI and BEAGLE support.

Convergence diagnostics

PhyloRun is designed to summarize ASDSF, PSRF and parameter ESS after analyses complete.

Complete results

Consensus trees, parameter samples, tree samples, diagnostics and run logs can be retained for download.

About PhyloRun

PhyloRun is a web-based platform being developed for reproducible Bayesian phylogenetic analysis. Its aim is to provide convenient access to MrBayes computation and convergence diagnostics without requiring users to install or configure command-line environments.
